ORDINANCE NO. 205
CLAY HILL FARM AND MARKET AREA PLAN AMENDMENT
Please take notice that the first reading of Ordinance No. 205, “An Ordinance to Amend the Zoning Map of Charter Township of Superior and to Approve the Area Plan Amendment for STPC 25-09, Clay Hill Farm and Market,” was held on August 17, 2026, at the regular meeting of the Charter Township of Superior Board of Trustees held at Charter Township of Superior Hall, 3040 N. Prospect Road, Superior Township, Michigan 48198.
Second reading and consideration for adoption is scheduled for September 21, 2026.
Ordinance No. 205 amends the zoning map of the Charter Township of Superior and approves the Area Plan Amendment for STPC 25-09, Clay Hill Farm and Market, in accordance with the Superior Charter Township Zoning Ordinance and the Michigan Zoning Enabling Act, Public Act 110 of 2006, as amended.
The proposed Ordinance No. 205 – Clay Hill Farm and Market Area Plan Amendment and the associated Clay Hill Farm and Market Amended Area Plan are available online and may be inspected at the Office of the Clerk, Charter Township of Superior, 3040 N. Prospect Road, Ypsilanti, Michigan 48198, during regular business hours.
Publication of this notice is made pursuant to MCL 42.8.
