ORDINANCE NO. 201
TIMBER CREEK FLATS AREA PLAN AND REZONING
Please take notice that the first reading of Ordinance No. 201, “An Ordinance to Amend the Zoning Map of Charter Township of Superior and to Approve the Area Plan for STPC 26-01, Timber Creek Flats,” was held on May 18, 2026, at the regular meeting of the Charter Township of Superior Board of Trustees held at Charter Township of Superior Hall, 3040 N. Prospect Road, Superior Township, MI 48198.
Second reading and consideration for adoption is scheduled for June 15, 2026. The proposed ordinance would approve the Area Plan and rezoning request associated with STPC 26-01, Timber Creek Flats.
A copy of the full proposed ordinance may be inspected at the Office of the Clerk, Charter Township of Superior, 3040 N. Prospect Road, Superior Township, Michigan 48198, during regular business hours, and on the Township website at here.
