The Planning Commission meets on the fourth Wednesday of each month, except in November and December (third Wednesday). Commission meetings are held at 7:00 p.m. at the Township Hall. Special meetings may be called if necessary to deal with additional items of business.
Board of Trustees meetings are held on the third Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m at the Township Hall. The Parks Commission meets on the 4th Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m. unless the meeting date falls on a holiday (please contact the Parks Department for the new meeting date). The Commission meets in Township Hall located 3040 N. Prospect Rd. Ypsilanti, MI 48198.
