The Parks Commission meets on the 4th Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m. unless the meeting date falls on a holiday (please contact the Parks Department for the new meeting date). The Commission meets in the Old Township Hall at the corner of Prospect and Cherry Hill (3040 N. Prospect).
The Planning Commission meets on the fourth Wednesday of each month, except in December of (second Wednesday). Commission meetings are held at 7:30 p.m. at the Township Hall. Special meetings may be called if necessary to deal with additional items of business.
Presented by the Detroit Audubon Society and is designed for all ages to learn about local birds and how to view them in the wild with binoculars. This is a free event and binoculars will be available for use.

Neighborhood meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday of every other month. They are at 7:00 p.m., at the Old Township Hall or the main Township Hall. Both are located at 3040 North Prospect Road (Northeast corner of Prospect and Cherry Hill Roads).
