Board of Trustees Meeting
Board of Trustees meetings are held on the third Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m at the Township Hall. If a national holiday falls on third Monday, the meeting is held on the Tuesday immediately following the holiday. Occasionally, a regular meeting may be canceled, or a special meeting may be called. Special meetings are only called when necessary to conduct specific Township business.

The Planning Commission meets on the fourth Wednesday of each month, except in November and December (third Wednesday). Commission meetings are held at 7:00 p.m. at the Township Hall. Special meetings may be called if necessary to deal with additional items of business.

The Parks Commission meets on the 4th Monday of each month at 6:30 p.m. unless the meeting date falls on a holiday (please contact the Parks Department for the new meeting date). The Commission meets in the Old Township Hall at the corner of Prospect and Cherry Hill (3040 N. Prospect).

Nature Hunt Bingo
A family Nature Hunt Bingo through the woods and trails. Identify birds, animals, trees, leaves, and more. Cherry Hill Nature Preserve (6515 Cherry Hill Road 1.8 miles West of Prospect Road) This is a free event for all ages. Bingo cards, snacks, and prizes provided! Rain Date: October 16, 1:00pm to 3:00pm
