Departments
- Assessing — Provides property assessment services, exemption administration, parcel information, and assessment records for township properties.
- Building — Administers building permits, inspections, plan reviews, and code enforcement related to construction and development.
- Clerk — The Township Clerk serves as the official record keeper for the township, maintaining public records, administering elections, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, and supporting the Township Board. Residents may contact the Clerk's office for election information, FOIA requests, meeting documents, and peddler permit applications.
- Fire Department — Provides fire protection, emergency medical services, fire prevention, and public safety education for the community.
- Ordinance Officer — Enforces township ordinances and investigates nuisance, zoning, property maintenance, and code compliance concerns.
- Parks & Recreation — Manages township parks, recreational facilities, programs, events, and community recreation opportunities.
- Planning & Zoning — Administers zoning regulations, land use planning, development review, and long-range planning initiatives.
- Sheriff Department — Provides law enforcement services, public safety assistance, accident reporting information, and community policing resources.
- Supervisor — Provides administrative leadership for township operations, oversees township services and departments, and carries out duties assigned by law and the Township Board.
- Treasurer — Collects property taxes, receives and disburses township funds, maintains financial records, and administers utility billing and payments.
- Utility Department — Provides information and customer support for township water and sewer services, billing, service connections, and utility-related matters.
