NOTICE OF PUBLICATION BY POSTING SUPERIOR CHARTER TOWNSHIP ORDINANCE NO. 192-02

ADOPTION OF THE 2024 INTERNATIONAL FIRE CODE

Please take notice that the first reading of Ordinance No. 192-02 Adoption of the 2024 International Fire Code was made at the regular meeting of the Superior Charter Township Board of Trustees on March 18, 2024, at the Superior Charter Township Hall located at 3040 N. Prospect Road, Superior Township, MI 48198. The second reading and consideration for adoption is scheduled for Monday, May 20, 2024, at the regular meeting of the Charter Township of Superior Board of Trustees. Ordinance No. 192-02 adopts the 2024 International Fire Code by reference and repeals all prior versions of the International Fire Code. Publication of the Ordinance is made by posting in the Office of the Clerk, 3040 N. Prospect, Superior Township, 48198, in the Ann Arbor News (a newspaper circulating within the Township) and on the Township website – superiortownship.org – pursuant to Section 8 of the Charter Township Act, being MCL 42.8, 3(b).
