The Superior Township Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a public hearing on Monday, April 08, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. at the Superior Township Hall, 3040 N. Prospect, on an appeal of the decision of the Township Zoning Administrator.
The property is located at 5766 Geddes Road and is zoned R-1 (Single-Family Residential).
A complete copy of the petition is available for inspection or copying at the Township Hall 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. weekdays. Persons wishing to express their views may do so in person at the public hearing, or in writing addressed to the Zoning Board of Appeals at the above address. Superior Township will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services to individuals with disabilities upon four (4) business days notice to the Township.
