The Washtenaw 100 Club is thrilled to announce that we are now accepting applications for our annual college scholarships for the 2024-2025 academic year. In their continued commitment to supporting the futures of young individuals, they invite students who demonstrate outstanding academic achievements, community involvement, and a strong dedication to their educational pursuits to apply.
Scholarship Overview:
The Washtenaw 100’s Scholarship Program provides financial education assistance to children (natural and adopted) of active Law Enforcement Officers and Firefighters throughout Washtenaw County.
Eligibility Criteria:
Eligible applicants must meet one of the following criteria:
- High school seniors pursuing a course of study beyond high school.
- Current undergraduate students at an accredited college or university.
- Students enrolled in a Trade School for a specific occupation.
Applicant must also be a child (natural or adopted) of an active Washtenaw County Law Enforcement Officer (MCOLES Certified) or Firefighter and must enroll in twelve credit hours. Previous recipients are not eligible.

Deadline for Application:
All application materials must be submitted by June 15, 2024. Late submissions will not be considered.
Selection Process:
The Committee evaluates the applicants’ accomplishments in scholarship, volunteer activity, leadership, and future goals. Recipients will be recognized at the Washtenaw 100 Annual Dinner held in October.
