Seasonal Weight Restrictions Suspended

WHEN: Effective Friday, March 1, 2024, until further notice

WHERE: County-wide

BACKGROUND: The Washtenaw County Road Commission (WCRC) is NOT imposing seasonal weight restrictions on March 1, 2024. Under Michigan state law, seasonal weight restrictions automatically go into effect on March 1, each year unless the local county road agency decides otherwise. This decision is in effect until further notice. WCRC will continue to monitor conditions and issue another advisory if seasonal weight restrictions are imposed later this year.
