NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Charter Township of Superior Board of Trustees will hold a Public Hearing to receive comments from interested parties on the proposed Area Plan Amendment for property located north of West Clark Road, and east of LeForge Road, Parcel ID# J-10-33-300-001.
The proposed development is to be known as Brookwood Superior, and includes 318 units consisting of 194 stacked flats, 96 duplex units, and 28 townhome units.
The hearing will be held:
Monday, March 18, 2024 at 7:00 p.m.

Persons wishing to express their views may do so in person at the public hearing, or in writing addressed to the Board of Trustees at the above address until Friday, March 15, 2024 at 12:00 p.m.
The Charter Township of Superior will provide necessary reasonable auxiliary aids and services to individuals with disabilities upon four (4) business days notice to the Township. Individuals requiring auxiliary aids or services should contact the Charter Township of Superior by writing the Township Clerk.
