2023 Comprehensive Master Plan

In accordance with the Michigan Planning Enabling Act (PA 33 of 2008 as amended), the Superior Charter Township has prepared a comprehensive update to the existing Master Plan and requests your cooperation and comment on the Plan. This comprehensive update includes revisions to the Township Vision and Policies, Growth Management and Future Land Use Plan, Dixboro Special Area Plan, and Strategies and Implementation. The Superior Charter Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 7:00pm on Wednesday, February 28, 2024 to discuss the draft Comprehensive Master Plan. The hearing will take place at Superior Township Hall, 3040 N. Prospect Road, Ypsilanti, MI 48198.
