ORDINANCE AMENDING DANBURY PARK MANOR TAX EXEMPTION
Please take notice that the second reading and adoption of Ordinance No.159 –Ordinance Amending Danbury Park Manor Tax Exemption was made at the regular zoom meeting of the Superior Charter Township Board of Trustees on November 16, 2020. Ordinance No. 159 is amended to comply with MSHDA regulations. All provisions of Ordinance No. 159, the Superior Charter Township Danbury Park Manor Tax Exemption Ordinance, not amended by this ordinance remain in full force and effect. Publication of the Ordinance was made by posting in the Office of the Clerk, 3040 N. Prospect, Ypsilanti, 48198, and on the Township website – www.superiortwp.org – pursuant to Section 8 of the Charter Township Act, being MCL 42.8, 3(b).
